Refund policy

All items sold on Coby Haus is covered under the our 7 days return policy depending on the product.

You can return your items to us within 7 calendar days. Countdown starts from the date you receive the item.

You may want to return your item for any of the following **reasons:

  1. (i) is a different or the wrong product;
  2. (ii) Wrong item delivered, such as different function, wrong colour or size
  3. (iii) has missing parts
  4. (iv) is missing items promised (such as free gifts).

*Your return must be complete (free gifts, accessories, original packaging), new condition and with tags & labels attached.

*This progress may include quality checking on the goods, arranging for the goods to be sent for repair, or providing you with a replacement. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund.

*Products sold are non-refundable, but we will happily exchange the product with another product of same value or greater value at mutual agreement.


Do I have to pay for shipping fees when I return my product?

- We will bear the delivery fee of returning the product and the fee of delivering the replacement product to the buyer, only for any of the following **reasons mentioned above.

What if my product is damaged in transit?

- If any goods are delivered to you are damaged, kindly contact us within seven (7) working days of receiving the delivery.

- We will arrange to have the damaged goods returned and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you after we received the returned item.

- Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.

Requirements for a valid return

– Proof of purchase ( Order Number )

– Photo of the defective item

– Airway Bill ( Printed on the parcel )

– Reason for return
