Maternity Photo Contest Rules 

1. Eligibility

• • Participants must be pregnant women. 

• • Participants must be the main subject of the photo. 

• • Participants must register as a Cobymall member (https://www.cobymall.com/user/signUp) 

• • CobyHaus Pregnancy Search is open to Malaysians only. 

• • Event participate date start 6th August 2024 – 31st August 2024.  

• • Participating pregnant women must be expected to give birth in 2024

2. Photo Requirements

• • Photos must be original and not previously submitted to other contests. 

• • Each participant can submit 1 photo only. 

• • Photos must be high resolution with a minimum dimension of 1000x1000 pixels, in JPEG or PNG format, and minimum file size of 600 KB. 

• • Photos should not be overly edited or use excessive filters; maintain the natural style of the photo. 

• • Photos must not be overly sensual or provocative. 

• • The photo must feature ONLY the pregnant woman, no other people should be present in the photo. 

3. Submission Method

• • Basic information such as the pregnant woman's name, due date, and contact details must be provided during submission (Google Form) 

• • Participants must upload an ULTRASOUND SCAN photo or the pink pregnancy book that clearly showing the due date. 

4. Judging Criteria

• • Creativity and uniqueness of the photo. 

• • Natural beauty and happiness of the pregnant woman. 

• • Clarity and quality of the photo. 

• • Judging can be done by a panel of judges. 

5. Judging and Prizes

• • Contest results will be announced on Coby Haus Baby Store Facebook Page.

• • Participants must own the copyright of the photos and agree to allow the organizer to use the photos for contest promotion and exhibition purposes.

• • Coby Haus Baby Store (Puchong) SDN BHD is not responsible for any legal issues arising from copyright disputes.

• • Coby Haus Baby Store (Puchong) SDN BHD reserves the right to modify the contest rules and will notify all participants of any changes.
