Baby Photo Contest Rules 

1. Eligibility

• • Participants must be the parents or legal guardians of the baby in the photo. 

• • Participants must register as a Cobymall member (https://www.cobymall.com/user/signUp) 

• • CobyHaus Baby Search is open to Malaysians only. 

• • Event participate date start 6th August 2024 – 31st August 2024.  

1. Photo Requirements

• • Photos must be original and not previously submitted to other contests. 

• • Each participant can submit one photo only. 

• • Photos must be high resolution with a minimum dimension of 1000x1000 pixels, in JPEG or PNG format, and minimum file size of 600 KB. 

• • Excessive photo editing or filters are not allowed; photos should maintain their original look as much as possible. 

1. Submission Method

• • Basic information such as the baby’s name, age, and parent’s contact details must be provided during submission (Google Form) 

1. Judging Criteria

• • Creativity and uniqueness of the photo. 

• • Cuteness and expression of the baby. 

• • Clarity and quality of the photo. 

• • Judging can be done by a panel of judges. 

1. Judging and Prizes

• • Contest results will be announced on Facebook Page - Coby Haus Baby Store.

1. Legal and Copyright

• • Participants must own the copyright of the photos and agree to allow the organizer to use the photos for contest promotion and exhibition purposes. 

• • The organizer is not responsible for any legal issues arising from copyright disputes. 

• • Coby Haus Baby Store (Puchong)  Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify the contest rules and will notify all participants of any changes.
